Description
The Baumer IFRM 18N33T1/PL 11016660 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor use, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 500 Hz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It utilizes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit with a maximum output current of 200 mA. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its sensing face is made of PBT, and the housing is brass nickel-plated, measuring 18 mm in diameter and 50 mm in length. The connection is facilitated via a 2-meter PUR cable with three 0.25 mm² wires. It can withstand a tightening torque of up to 40 Nm (28 Nm at the front) and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water ingress.
