Description
Baumer IFRM 18P17A4/S14L 11111677 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 3% and 20% of Sr. It features a PNP make function (NO) output circuit, a switching frequency of 500 Hz, and a maximum output current of 200 mA. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. It includes a 3-port red LED output indicator, short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is housed in brass nickel-plated material with a PBT sensing face. The sensor has a diameter of 18 mm, a length of 75 mm, and connects via an M12 connector. It can withstand a tightening torque of up to 40 Nm and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
