The Baumer IFRM 18P17A5/L 11078677 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 3% and 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 500 Hz. This sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 200 mA. The sensor offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
