The Baumer IFRR 12N33T1/PL-9 11013656 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor use, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 6 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 1 kHz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It utilizes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and can handle an output current of up to 200 mA, reducing to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is built from stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LCP for the sensing face, ensuring durability. It measures 12 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length, with a connection via a 2-meter PUR cable. The sensor can withstand tightening torques up to 20 Nm and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40 to +80 °C, with a higher tolerance up to +100 °C for cleaning. It meets IP 68/69K and proTect+ standards for protection and is resistant to vibrations and shocks as per EN 61373: 2010 and EN 60068 standards.
