The Baumer IFRR 12P13T1/PL-9 11013653 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor use, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 6 mm and a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 1 kHz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It utilizes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a maximum output current of 200 mA and a reduced output current of less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. It is constructed with an LCP sensing face and a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing, measuring 12 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length. The connection is facilitated via a 2-meter PUR cable with three 0.25 mm² wires. It can withstand tightening torques up to 20 Nm and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C, with a higher cleaning temperature tolerance of 80 to +100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly durable, rated IP 68/69K & proTect+ for maximum protection against dust and water ingress, and meets stringent vibration and shock resistance standards as per EN 61373: 2010 and EN 60068-2.
