The Baumer IFRR 18N17T1/S14L-9 11013637 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor and washdown environments. It features a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm with a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. Equipped with a red LED output indicator, it operates with a switching frequency of 500 Hz and a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC. The sensor supports a maximum output current of 200 mA, with a reduced current of less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is constructed with a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing and an LCP sensing face. The device connects via an M12 connector and can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C, with cleaning temperatures up to 100 °C for 30 minutes per day. It is rated IP 68/69K & proTect+ for high-level protection against dust and water ingress, and meets stringent vibration and shock resistance standards.
