Description

The Baumer IFRR 18N33T1/PL-9 11013665 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor use, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 500 Hz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It utilizes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit with a maximum voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is built from high-quality materials including a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing and an LCP sensing face. It has a dimension of 18 mm in diameter and a housing length of 55 mm, connected via a 2-meter PUR cable. The sensor can withstand tightening torques up to 55 Nm and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C, with a higher cleaning temperature tolerance of 80 to +100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. It boasts an IP 68/69K protection class with proTect+ sealing, ensuring high durability against environmental conditions. Additionally, it meets EN 61373: 2010 standards for vibration and shock resistance, making it robust for industrial applications.
