Baumer IFRR 18N33T1/S14L-9 11016017 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded inductive sensor designed for outdoor and washdown environments. It features a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm with a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 500 Hz. It supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. The output circuit is an NPN break function (NC) with a maximum output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LSR, with an LCP sensing face, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. It offers a protection class of IP 68/69K & proTect+, making it highly resistant to water and dust ingress. The sensor can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures up to 100 °C for 30 minutes per day. It also meets stringent vibration and shock resistance standards as per EN 61373: 2010 and EN 60068-2. The sensor connects via an M12 connector and is designed to handle a maximum tightening torque of 55 Nm.
