The Baumer IFRR 18N37T1/L-9 11013672 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded inductive sensor designed for washdown applications, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 500 Hz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It offers an NPN break function (NC) output circuit with a maximum output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. The device is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Constructed with a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing and an LCP sensing face, it measures 18 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length. The sensor is connected via a 2-meter PVC cable and can be tightened with a maximum torque of 55 Nm. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C and can withstand cleaning temperatures between 80 to 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. Certified with IP 68/69K & proTect+ for high protection against ingress, it also meets vibration and shock resistance standards according to EN 61373: 2010 and EN 60068-2. Approved by Ecolab, this sensor is ideal for environments requiring stringent hygiene standards.
