The Baumer IFRR 18P33T1/L-9 11016019 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for washdown applications, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and is equipped with a PNP break function (NC) output circuit. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to under 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is constructed with a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing and an LCP sensing face. The device measures 18 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length, with a PVC cable connection of 2 m. It can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures up to 100 °C for 30 minutes per day.
