Description
The Baumer IGYX 08P17B3/S35L is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and an assured sensing distance of 1.6 mm. It features a temperature drift of ±10% of Sr, a hysteresis of 3-20% of Sr, and a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10-30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 15 mA when no load is present. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2.5 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensing face is made of PBT in red, and the housing is constructed from stainless steel. It measures 8 mm in diameter and 36 mm in length, with a connector type M8 and a maximum tightening torque of 5 Nm.
