Description
The Baumer IGYX 30N17B3/L is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 15 mm and an assured sensing distance of 12 mm. It features a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 400 Hz. The sensor is designed for a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 15 mA when no load is present. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2.5 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. The sensor offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection. It is constructed with a PBT red sensing face and a brass nickel-plated housing, measuring 30 mm in diameter and 50 mm in length. The connection is facilitated via a 2-meter cable. It can withstand a tightening torque of up to 60 Nm and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress.
