
The Baumer IPRM 12I9505/S14 10128566 is a quasi-flush mounted inductive sensor designed for precise distance measurement with a range of 0 to 2 mm. It features high resolution levels down to 0.006 µm at the range center and maintains excellent linearity with an error of ±60 µm. The sensor offers repeat accuracy of less than 1 µm and is stable with a temperature drift of ±10 µm. It operates on a voltage supply range of 15 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 50 mA. The output is a current signal from 0 to 20 mA, compatible with load resistances between 100 and 400 Ohm. It includes safety features such as short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The cylindrical threaded design, with a 12 mm diameter and 90 mm housing length made of steel, and a ceramic sensing face, ensures durability and reliability. The sensor operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to +60 °C and is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and water ingress.
