Baumer IR12.P10S-N40.NO1Z.7BCV 11148327 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an enhanced distance feature from the GammaProx series. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 10 mm and operates with a temperature drift of ±10% (0 to +60 °C) and ±15% (-25 to +75 °C). The sensor has a hysteresis range of 3 to 20% of Sr and includes a red LED output indicator. It is designed to work with various materials, showing a correction factor of 100% for mild steel, 75% for stainless steel, and 50% for aluminum. The switching frequency is 1.5 kHz, and it supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA at no load. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. It features short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of brass nickel-plated with a PBT sensing face, measuring 12 mm in diameter and 40 mm in length.
