Baumer IR12.P10S-N50.PO1Z.7BCV 11148566 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an enhanced distance feature (GammaProx) and a nominal sensing distance of 10 mm. It operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C with a temperature drift of ±10% (0 to +60 °C) and ±15% (-25 to +75 °C). The sensor has a hysteresis of 3 to 20% of Sr and includes a red LED output indicator. It supports a correction factor of 100% for mild steel, 75% for stainless steel, and 50% for aluminum. The switching frequency is 1.5 kHz, and it requires a voltage supply range of 6 to 36 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA at no load. The output circuit is a PNP make function (NO) with a maximum output current of 100 mA.
