The Baumer IR18.P08F-11116612 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm and assured sensing distance of up to 81% of Sn. It features a temperature drift of ±10% of the real sensing distance and a hysteresis range of 3-20%. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and can detect various metals like mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper with 100% correction factor.
