The Baumer IR30.D18S-F60.UA1Z.7BO 11179023 is a high-precision inductive sensor with a flush mounting type and a measuring distance of 0 to 18 mm. It offers exceptional resolution, less than 0.005 mm statically and less than 0.01 mm dynamically, with a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm. The sensor features a linearity error of ±800 µm within a 4.5 to 13.5 mm range and ±2400 µm across the full range. It is designed to minimize temperature drift, which is ±6% of full scale, and has a quick response time of less than 2 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 12 to 36 VDC and a maximum current consumption of 10 mA, it includes an analog output of 0 to 10 VDC and supports a load resistance greater than 4000 Ohm. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical threaded design, PBT sensing face, and brass nickel-plated housing ensure durability, with dimensions of 30 mm in diameter and 60 mm in length.
