The Baumer MY-COM BS100 10211160 is a high-precision mechanical contact sensor featuring a repeat accuracy of 0.001 mm and an activating force of 100 cN. It has a mechanical pre-run/overrun of approximately -/1.5 mm and operates with a frontal direction of approach. This sensor supports a maximum DC voltage of 15 VDC with a switching current of up to 2 mA, and a maximum AC voltage of 24 VAC with a switching current of up to 50 mA. It includes a break function (NC) mechanical output circuit and an activating pin made of zirconium oxide ZrO2. The housing is made of brass nickel-plated, ensuring durability, and measures 8 mm in diameter with a length of 30 mm. It features a cylindrical threaded design and a connector S30 for connections. Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -20 to +75 °C, it is rated at IP 50 for protection.
