Description

The Baumer O200.RP.T-GW1J.72CV 11230697 is a retro-reflective sensor designed for transparency object detection. It features single lens optics with a pulsed PinPoint LED light source, offering an actual range of 0.8 m and a nominal range of 1 m. Equipped with a polarization filter, it minimizes signal attenuation to 5% and includes a flashing output indicator for alignment or soiled lens detection. The sensor has a yellow LED output indicator, green LED power indication, and allows sensitivity adjustments through Teach-in and IO-Link. With a wavelength of 644 nm and suppression of reciprocal influence, it ensures precise functionality. The sensor's alignment optical axis is under 1.5°, and it boasts a response time/release time of less than 0.25 ms with jitter under 0.06 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, it consumes a maximum of 40 mA at 10 VDC and typically 16 mA at 24 VDC. The output function can operate in light or dark conditions, and it features a push-pull output circuit with a maximum output current of 50 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's compact design measures 8 mm in width, 25.1 mm in height, and 15.8 mm in depth, with a smooth stainless steel sleeve for mechanical mounting and a durable plastic housing made of ASA and PMMA. It connects via a 4-pin, 2 m PVC cable and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +50 °C, maintaining IP 67 protection class.
