The Baumer O500W.DP.2-GLUBJ.PVF/H002 is a high-precision distance measuring sensor with a measuring distance of 60 to 550 mm and a measuring range of 490 mm. It features adjustable settings via Teach-in and IO-Link, and provides visual feedback through green and yellow LEDs for power and output status, respectively. The sensor offers repeat accuracy ranging from ? 200 to 5000 µm in Raw mode to ? 50 to 1250 µm in High Accuracy mode, and maintains a linearity error of ± 3% of the measuring range. It utilizes a pulsed PinPoint LED with a wavelength of 630 nm and has response times as quick as < 1.5 ms in Raw mode, extending up to < 14 ms in High Accuracy mode.
