The Baumer OADM 21I6481/S14F 11003837 is a high-precision optical distance sensor with a measuring range of 200 to 1000 mm and a beam diameter of 2 mm. It features Teach-in adjustment via button or external control, with a minimum Teach-in range of 10 mm. The sensor includes a green LED for power indication and a red LED for soiled lens alert. It offers a resolution between 20 and 400 µm and a linearity error of ±0.11 to 1.65 mm. The sensor uses a pulsed red laser diode with a wavelength of 650 nm and is classified as Laser class 2. It has a fast response and release time of less than 4 ms, operates on a 12 to 28 VDC supply, and consumes a maximum of 100 mA with no load. Output options include analog signals of 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 VDC, and it supports a load resistance for analog current and voltage outputs.
