Description
The Baumer OT300.GL-PLPVT.72N is a high-performance sensor with background suppression and Time of Flight technology, offering a sensing distance of 100 to 1800 mm and a sensing range of 70 to 1890 mm. It features a repeat accuracy of ? 1400 to 5500 µm and a temperature drift of ± 15 mm. The sensor is equipped with a pulsed red laser diode light source, operating within a laser class 1 and a wavelength of 680 nm. It has a quick response and release time of less than 8 ms, and operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 60 mA. The sensor includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for output status, and offers features such as qTeach for sensing distance adjustment, short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The compact, rectangular design measures 12.9 mm in width, 32.3 mm in height, and 23 mm in depth, with a housing made of durable plastic (ASA, PMMA) and an IP67 protection class, making it suitable for harsh environments. It supports a temperature range from -20 to +50 °C for operation and -40 to +70 °C for storage. The sensor is also resistant to vibrations and shocks, complying with IEC standards. It includes a connector M8 4 pin for easy connection.
