Description
The Baumer OXM100-R05V.001 is a versatile laser measurement sensor equipped with multiple measuring modes including height, line/angle, area, edge, width/gap, and more. It offers a measurement range of 50 mm and a clearance distance of 100 mm, with a working range of 100 to 150 mm. The sensor provides a field of view between 48 and 72 mm and delivers high-resolution measurements with a resolution of 80 to 120 µm in X direction and 16 to 30 µm in Z direction. It achieves a repeat accuracy of 8 µm and a linearity deviation of ±0.2% MR. Designed for precision, it operates at a temperature drift of ±0.08% Sde/K and features a laser class 1 with a red wavelength of 660 nm. The sensor's light point is shaped into an 80 mm line length and a 200 µm line width at the reference distance. It supports various output signals and has dual switching outputs. The robust design includes a die-cast zinc case and a PMMA front cover, measuring 36 mm x 80 mm x 70 mm and weighing 450 g.
