The Baumer OZDK 10P5101/S35A 10136503 is a diffuse contrast sensor designed for precise detection with a sensing distance ranging from 3 to 150 mm and an optimal operating distance of 20 to 40 mm. It features a pulsed red laser diode light source, with a laser class of 2 and a wavelength of 650 nm, ensuring high visibility and accuracy. The sensor offers a detectable remission difference on grey surfaces greater than 8%, and boasts a repeat accuracy of less than 0.2 mm at laser focus. It includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED as a light indicator. Sensitivity can be finely adjusted using a 5-turn potentiometer.
