Description

The Baumer UNDK 30P3712/S14 10232774 is an ultrasonic sensor with a scanning range of 60 to 400 mm and a repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm. It features synchronization capabilities and offers a multiplex version upon request. The sensor has a temperature drift of less than 0.18% Sde/K and both response and release times under 25 ms. Operating at a sonic frequency of 400 kHz, it includes a potentiometer for adjustments and a target indication flashing for alignment aid. The output is indicated by a green LED and the sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. It supports a PNP break function (NC) output circuit with an output current of 200 mA and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, housed in a rectangular polyester/die-cast zinc body measuring 30 mm in width, 65 mm in height, and 31 mm in depth. It connects via an M12 connector and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +60 °C. The sensor is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and water ingress.
