Description

The Baumer VS XF900M03W08IP is a high-performance vision sensor featuring a 1/3? CMOS monochrome sensor with a resolution of 752 × 480 px. It includes integrated white LED illumination, classified under LED risk group 1 for low risk. The sensor operates in two modes: high-resolution mode with up to 50 inspections per second and high-speed mode with up to 100 inspections per second at limited resolution. It can handle object distances ranging from 50 mm to 450 mm and supports up to 255 jobs with 32 features per job. The sensor utilizes Baumer FEX® 4.0 for advanced signal processing and has a defect image memory of 32. It is equipped with an 8 mm lens and requires a 24 V ±25% nominal voltage power supply. The device includes multiple digital inputs and outputs for enhanced connectivity and control, and offers initial setup via Ethernet.
