The Datasensing AC1/AN-3A Sensors are designed with a smooth stainless steel housing and a compact Ø4 mm diameter, making them ideal for precise applications. Featuring a 360° visible yellow output LED, these sensors ensure easy status monitoring. Choose between models with a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector, both offering IP67 protection for reliable performance in harsh environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are perfect for detecting standard targets of 4.5x4.5mm FE360. They offer excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 5kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The robust AISI303 stainless steel construction and PBT active head material provide resilience in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. Certified with CE and cULus approvals, these sensors meet EMC compatibility standards and withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
