The Datasensing AC1/AP-1A Sensors are designed with a smooth stainless steel housing and a compact Ø4 mm diameter, making them ideal for precise applications. Featuring a yellow output LED that is visible from 360°, these sensors are available with either a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector, ensuring flexibility in installation. With an IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments.
These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, with a standard target size of 4x4mm FE360. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, operating at a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 5kHz and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads.
Constructed from AISI303 stainless steel, the sensors are durable and reliable, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%. They are shielded for flush mounting and have a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring they meet rigorous safety and performance standards. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
