The Datasensing AC1/AP-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter. These inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.21 mm, making them ideal for proximity detection applications. The sensors are equipped with a highly visible 360° yellow output LED, ensuring clear status indication. Available in models with a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector, they provide flexibility for various installation needs.
With an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering robust protection against dust and water ingress. The AC1/AP-3F Sensors are engineered with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 100mA.
The sensors feature advanced protection mechanisms, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, they are designed for durability and longevity.
