The Datasensing AC1/CN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors are equipped with a 360° visible yellow output LED for easy status monitoring. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8 mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65 mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. The sensors are available with a 2 m PVC cable or M8 connector models, ensuring flexibility in installation.
Engineered with IP67 protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for harsh environments. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors feature NPN output type with NC output function, a switching frequency of 5kHz, and are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel and PBT active head material, the sensors are robust and durable, withstanding operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring high performance and reliability. With a weight of just 30g and dimensions of Ø4 / L = 30.2mm, these sensors are easy to integrate into existing systems, providing accurate and consistent proximity detection.
