The Datasensing AC1/CN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors are equipped with a highly visible 360° yellow output LED for easy status monitoring. Available in models with a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector, they offer flexibility in installation. With an IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments. These inductive sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.21 mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 4.5x4.5 mm FE360. They exhibit excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate performance across different surfaces. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Designed for proximity functions, the AC1/CN-3F sensors feature an NPN output type with an NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.5V @100mA, and they are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensors are shielded for mounting, with dimensions of Ø4 / L = 38.4mm and a lightweight design at 4g. Constructed from durable AISI303 stainless steel, they are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The active head is made from PBT material, ensuring longevity and performance. Certified with CE and cULus approvals, these sensors comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
