Datasensing AC1/CP-3A868F Sensors

The Datasensing AC1/CP-3A868F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 4.5x4.5mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.29 ± 10%), aluminium (0.23 ± 10%), brass (0.31 ± 10%), and stainless steel (0.66 ± 10%). The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift of Sr (< 10%) and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C. Designed for proximity functions, the AC1/CP-3A868F sensors have a PNP output type with an NC output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors ensure low leakage current (? 10?A) and a minimal output voltage drop (? 1.5V @100mA). Built with robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with a 5m PUR cable for easy connectivity. They are equipped with yellow LED indicators for output state and offer comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
