The Datasensing AC6/AN-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21 mm. The yellow output LED is 360° visible, ensuring easy status monitoring. Available with a 2 m PVC cable or M8 connector models, these sensors boast an IP67 protection degree, making them suitable for harsh environments.
Engineered with a short case flush mount design, the AC6/AN-3A sensors function as proximity sensors with an NPN output type and NO output function. They support a switching frequency of 5kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are equipped with essential protections, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The housing is made from durable AISI303 stainless steel, and the active head material is PBT, providing robustness and longevity. The sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring they meet high safety and performance standards. Suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, the Datasensing AC6/AN-3A Sensors are an ideal choice for demanding industrial environments.
