The Datasensing AC6/AP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors are equipped with a yellow output LED that is 360° visible for easy status monitoring. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21 mm, making them ideal for proximity detection in various applications.
These sensors come with a 2 m PVC cable for flexible installation and are also available in M8 connector models. With an IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. They feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz.
The AC6/AP-3A Sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with protection against inductive loads. They are shielded for mounting and have a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10%, with a repeat accuracy of less than 5%. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are compatible with EMC standard IEC 60947-5-2. They are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
