The Datasensing AD1/AN-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these sensors measure just M5 x 30 mm for cable and 38 mm for plug length, making them ideal for tight spaces. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. The sensors feature a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. The M8 plug output ensures secure connections, while the PBT active head material enhances durability. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, these sensors are highly accurate, boasting a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%.
The Datasensing AD1/AN-1F Sensors are equipped with a shielded mounting design and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. They are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial settings. Supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
