The Datasensing AD1/CP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring an inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm. Encased in a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering protection against electrical damages, short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. The sensor operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a load current capacity of up to 100mA and a switching frequency of 5kHz.
Equipped with a yellow LED output indicator, the AD1/CP-3A ensures easy monitoring of the sensor's status. The device is designed for shielded mounting and comes with a 2m PVC cable for flexible installation. Its compact dimensions (M5 x 0.5 / L = 30.2mm) and lightweight design (30g) make it suitable for various applications. The sensor is compatible with standard targets of 5x5mm FE360 and offers correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
With a high degree of protection (IP67) and compliance with EMC standards (IEC 60947-5-2), the AD1/CP-3A is ideal for use in environments subject to shocks and vibrations, as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The sensor is supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts for secure installation and operates within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions.
