The Datasensing AD6/AP-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M5 x 30 mm cable length and a 38 mm plug length, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring minimal space. With an operating voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and an output current of 100 mA, they ensure efficient performance. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. The 2m PVC cable and M8 plug output provide flexible installation options. The sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, making them suitable for proximity functions. They are capable of handling a switching frequency of up to 5kHz and have a repeat accuracy of less than 5%.
Additional features include a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA, a load current of ? 100mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The sensors are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions. With CE cULus approvals and EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2, these sensors meet high industry standards. Supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts, they are ready for immediate installation.
