Datasensing AD6/CN-1A Sensors

The Datasensing AD6/CN-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M5 short case flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, making them ideal for proximity detection applications. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable and an M8 plug output, ensuring versatile connectivity options. Constructed with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing, they are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The AD6/CN-1A sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc, with a load current capacity of up to 100mA. They feature an NPN output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, and a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate response times. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, these sensors provide consistent performance. The correction factors for various materials, such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensure adaptability to different target materials. The sensors are also compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable operation in industrial settings.
