The 360° visible LED status indicator ensures easy monitoring, while the IP67 housing protection guarantees durability against dust and water ingress. For specialized needs, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, featuring short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing to suit various installation requirements. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. The AE1/AN-3F Sensors function as proximity sensors with an NPN output type and NO output function, operating at a switching frequency of 5kHz. They support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.8V at 200mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, these sensors are designed for shielded mounting and come with an M8 plug connection. The active head is made from PBT, and the sensors can withstand a tightening torque of 3Nm.
