The Datasensing AE1/AN-3H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a standard M8 flush mount, ensuring robust performance in challenging environments. The 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the IP67-rated housing offers superior protection against dust and water ingress. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. They offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a switching frequency of 5kHz, making them suitable for high-speed applications. The AE1/AN-3H models are available in both standard and long-distance versions, with options for ATEX category 3 models upon request. Designed to withstand thermal drift and maintain repeat accuracy, these sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output state indicator and are compatible with M12 plug connections. Ideal for proximity functions, they ensure reliable performance with a maximum load current of 200mA and minimal output voltage drop. The sensors are also equipped with mechanical protection against shocks and vibrations, adhering to IEC standards, and come with supplied accessories including two M8x1 nuts for secure installation.
