Datasensing AE1/AN-4A Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/AN-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely reduced measure, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, and ATEX models for category 3 are available upon request for explosive atmospheres. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Available in both standard and long-distance models, the AE1/AN-4A Sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. They are compatible with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift and high repeat accuracy, ensuring consistent performance. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They feature an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. The yellow LED output state indicator provides clear status updates, and the sensors are equipped with a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, the sensors are durable and reliable. They are designed for unshielded mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations, ensuring they can withstand demanding industrial conditions. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
