The Datasensing AE1/AP-2F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a standard M8 x 1 dimension and a length of 50mm. The sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360.
Equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator, these sensors ensure easy monitoring of operational status. They are built to withstand harsh environments with an IP67 housing protection and are available in ATEX models for category 3 upon request. The sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
With a PNP output type and NO output function, the sensors operate efficiently with a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They feature a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed to minimize thermal drift and maintain repeat accuracy, ensuring consistent performance.
The AE1/AP-2F Sensors are unshielded for easy mounting and come with supplied accessories, including two M8x1 nuts. They are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminium, brass, and stainless steel.
