The Datasensing AE1/AP-3A8F Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 standard flush mount, these sensors are equipped with a 2m axial PUR cable and are shielded for optimal performance. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0
1.62mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors offer a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, and a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate detection.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for various industrial applications. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with protection against inductive loads, ensuring durability and longevity.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors have a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V @200mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. They are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards.
