Datasensing AE1/AP-3H Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/AP-3H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely reduced measure, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator. They offer IP67 housing protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. For specialized needs, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. These sensors provide complete protection against electrical damages and are available in both standard and long-distance models, as well as standard and short body housing options. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they maintain a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with protection against inductive loads. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are designed for durability and reliability. They are shielded for mounting and come with an M12 plug connection. The sensors are capable of withstanding operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and are approved with CE UR certifications. They also meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2 and are resistant to shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Each sensor is supplied with two M8x1 nuts for easy installation.
