Datasensing AE1/AP-4A Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/AP-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments and offer complete protection against electrical damages. Available in both standard and long-distance models, as well as standard and short body housing, these sensors cater to a variety of needs. The AE1/AP-4A Sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm, making them ideal for proximity functions. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a NO output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz. Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they ensure efficient performance with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. These sensors are designed with safety in mind, featuring short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material ensure durability, while the 2m PVC cable provides easy connectivity. With a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors deliver consistent performance. The AE1/AP-4A Sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations, adhering to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for installation in a variety of settings.
