The Datasensing AE1/AP-4AAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M8 unshielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. The sensors are constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, providing robust protection against environmental factors.
These sensors are suitable for use in hazardous environments, with approvals for II 3G Ex nA IIC T5 and II 3D Ex tD A22, and offer a high level of mechanical protection with an IP67 rating. They are capable of operating within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and feature a switching frequency of 5kHz.
