The Datasensing AE1/CN-2F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M8 unshielded NC/NPN connection, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 2.02mm. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing, they ensure durability and resistance to harsh environments, with an IP67 protection rating. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are compatible with ATEX models, category 3, upon request.
Engineered for complete protection against electrical damages, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed to handle a maximum ripple content of ? 10% and feature a switching frequency of 5kHz.
The AE1/CN-2F Sensors are suitable for standard and long-distance applications, with options for standard and short body housing. They are equipped with a yellow LED output state indicator and offer a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and come with two M8x1 nuts for secure installation.
