The Datasensing AE1/CN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M8 standard flush mount design, making them ideal for tight spaces. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, they provide accurate proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with IP67 protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress.
These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are capable of handling a load current of up to 200mA with a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA. The NPN output type with NC output function ensures reliable switching with a frequency of up to 5kHz. The sensors are compatible with a wide range of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the AE1/CN-3F sensors operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also approved by CE and UR, ensuring high-quality performance. The sensors come with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting and are available in standard and long-distance models, with ATEX models available upon request for hazardous environments.
