The Datasensing AE1/CP-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M8 unshielded NC/PNP connection with an M12 plug, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors are housed in a robust nickel-plated brass casing, ensuring durability and protection against electrical damages, with an IP67 rating for excellent resistance to dust and water ingress.
Equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator, the AE1/CP-2H sensors provide clear operational feedback. They are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and compliance with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. The sensors also feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.
With a switching frequency of 5kHz and a load current capacity of up to 200mA, these sensors are suitable for high-speed applications. The AE1/CP-2H models are available in both standard and long-distance versions, with options for ATEX category 3 models upon request. The sensors' compact design, with dimensions of M8 x 1 and a length of 60mm, allows for easy integration into various setups, and they come with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting.
