The Datasensing AE1/CP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M8 standard flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator, ensuring easy monitoring and durability in harsh environments.
With IP67 housing protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for challenging conditions. The nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material provide excellent mechanical protection and longevity. The sensors are designed with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA.
The AE1/CP-3H Sensors are equipped with advanced protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and have been tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
